Look what I won!

I was cleaning house Monday and I heard a horn blew and seen it was the mail lady. And the only reason she would blow the horn was if there was a package. So, I hurried outside to see and sure enough it was a package from Wolfie at Cherish Yesterday. She had a Giveaway a week ago and I won!!! I had to take the pic off of her site because once again my hubby has our camera. And the other camera is not showing good pics.As soon as I get the good camera back I will share this beautiful doll with you! But, I do have to say that no pictures will do any justice for this doll! I am in awe of her. The craftsmanship that was put into her is unbelievable! Thank you so much Wolfie for this giveaway. She is my first Prim doll and I will cherish her forever!

Now I wanted to share with you all something that happened to me last night that blessed my heart so much.
My DIL called me last night and told me that my GD Anna Rae wanted to tell me something. So she put her on the phone and told her "Tell Mimi who you want to marry" and she said "I want to marry Mimi" -Now you all know my heart melted when she told me this. My DIL proceeded to tell me that Anna Rae has been walking around with a candle in her hand and when she asks her what she is doing she says "I'm getting married" My DIL then asks her who is she going to marry? And Ann Rae says "who are you going to marry mommy?" and DIL says "I'm already married to daddy" and once again Dil asks her who was she going to marry and Anna Rae says " I'm going to marry Mimi" well, DIL tells her that she can't marry Mimi because Mimi is married to PopPop.Anna Rae tells her mommy "I don't want Mimi to marry PopPop. I want to marry Mimi."
Now for those of you who are Grandmas you know how I felt! My heart just melted! My friend told me that Anna Rae might not understand what marriage is but that she just knows that it has to do with Love and that when Anna Rae thinks of marriage she loves me so much she wants to marry me.
The Lord has blessed me so much with this gift he gave our family. And now her brother Samuel is trying to crawl and I know i will have other grandchildren in the future. And I look so much forward to Loving and"Marrying" each and everyone of them.
To all of those of you who are on their way of becoming first time grandparents...You are getting ready to be blessed with God's most precious gift.I hope that one day they will want to "Marry" you too!
I won't be back here probably again this week so I can spend time with my family. And yes my grandchildren will be here. So, just in case I don't come back this week I want to take the time to wish everyone of you Happy Thanksgiving and I hope you all enjoy this day!

I hope that everyone is having a fabulous week. I wanted to quickly show all of you some items I have been working on.

Here is my stitching that I finally completed. I have not gotten up the courage yet to complete a pillow so I framed it.I love stitching and can't wait to start on another one.I really would like to do some one word sayings for family members and church family.Does anyone know where I could get some samples?

Next is some snowballs and pine cones I am working on. I have not finished them yet. Sometime this evening they will be finished. I love how they have turned out so far.

I am also working on a project for dried apples and dried oranges. I hope that it works out. I am so excited!!

I want to take this time to Thank all of you for inspiring me to take the challenge and the courage to conquer these crafts. You all have given me so many ideas and in the meantime told me "you can do it" So many of you I would email or ask a stupid question and no matter how simple the question was you never once made me feel embarrassed . And I thank you for that. I love you all and keep you all in my daily prayers. I can't wait to learn more.

My Boys

I have been waiting for a good time to share with everyone my 3 "babies". All you moms out there know that no matter how old they are they will always be your babies.

Well, today is the day that I decided to share them with all my dear friends.

In this picture is when they were young and we had them into baseball. This particular year they was on different teams. So can you imagine us trying to be there for all 3 games? This happened every other year.On the other years our middle son (Josh) and youngest son (Beau) would be on each others team.
From left to right-Joshua(middle son) Beau(youngest son) and Robbie Jr.(oldest son) AAhh those were the days! For those of you who have little ones-cherish them while they are little-they grow up real quick!!

This is a picture of the young men with their father.Robbie Jr. and Josh was playing varsity football this year at the high school and Beau was still in middle school and playing for the middle school team (that is why he doesn't have a uniform on because his team was not playing that night)

AAHHH Friday night football games!
From L-R Robbie Jr,Robbie Sr,Beau and Josh

Now my 2 oldest ones are married now to 2 beautiful young ladies.Beau is still at home and is enjoying not having to compete with his 2 older brothers for Mom and Dad's attention (and money) LOL LOL

This is our oldest son
Robbie Jr and his wife Nikki on their wedding Day. They now have my 2 precious grandbabies-Anna Rae and Samuel (who I always keep on my sidebar)

This is my middle son Joshua with his beautiful wife Shana. They have just recently informed us that they will be trying to have a child in January. So we are praying!

This is our youngest son Beau. He went on a mission trip to Africa 2 years ago and this is a pic of him there. We are praying that the Lord will bring him a good wife also.

Well these or my babies and I just wanted to share them with you all. Thanks so much for looking and I hope that all of you have a blessed day!
