Lemonade Cheesecake Pie

I just wanted to share this Yummy recipe with you all that I had gotten from the Kraft Food & Family magazine.

We have a fellowship dinner at our church the 4th Sunday of each month. And I decided to try out this recipe for my dessert I was bringing.
Let me tell you.... I received rave reviews from this! There was none left..and I had made 2 of them. And remember there was a whole table of other desserts there also!
So I know this is a keeper.
Give it a try.

Lemonade Cheesecake Pie

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries
2 Tbs of sugar

BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add concentrate, beating well after each addition. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP. Spoon into crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, toss berries with sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use.

SERVE pie topped with berries and remaining COOL WHIP.

Enjoy this recipe. Its delicious!

Juanita

I love getting this magazine! But you know what? I have yet to try any of the recipes!! I don't know why...I am always complaining that I can't come up with anything new! There are some extra nice ones in this issue, I thought!
I will try this pie...especially if you said it received so many rave reviews!
